Formerly CPI Card Group UK Ltd, we’ve been trusted by many of the UK’s favourite brands, retailers, membership organisations and printers for over 30 years.
About Incodia
As the UK’s largest supplier of gift, loyalty and membership cards, we produce over 350 million cards every year.
As well as supplying cards direct to many of the UK’s leading brands, retailers and membership organisations, we supply millions more to our partners in the print sector.
Each year we send over 100 million personalised cards and mailers direct to consumers too.
Our history
Established in 1979, we were pioneers in the gift, loyalty and membership card sector as they transitioned to wallet-sized cards with magnetic strips.
We’ve subsequently become leaders in not only manufacturing and supplying cards – but personalising and distributing them direct to consumers. We have also been at the forefront of physical gift cards for digital content downloads.
In 2017, we introduced our unique Earth Cards range and by 2021 have saved over 4,350 tonnes of plastic by helping brands transition to paperboard and other recycled and degradable alternatives.
In 2018, our UK operations were bought by Longacre Group and we became Incodia International Ltd – a name chosen to signify our link between printing (ink) and personalisation and product data (code).
Our facilities
Today we employ more than 120 people across two locations.
At our site in Colchester, Essex, we produce gift, loyalty and membership cards. It is also the home of our leadership, sales, marketing, customer service teams and our new packaging division.
At our headquarters in Lancashire, we personalise loyalty and membership cards and send them – along with supporting documents and packaging – to millions of consumers across the UK. It’s also home to our operations and IT teams.
Through continuous investment in technology, we boast some of the UK’s greatest printing capabilities. As we also handle gigabytes of personal data, we have some of the strictest data protection and cyber security measures too.
