Incodia, the UK’s largest supplier of gift, loyalty and membership cards, and provider of FMCG packaging, have added a brand-new Folder Gluer to their machinery line-up, significantly expanding their packaging capabilities.
The Diana Easy 115 Folder Gluer by Heidelberg has been installed at Incodia’s Colchester facility. It sits alongside Incodia’s other Heidelberg machines which include a CX102-8+L press installed in 2018 and a Promatrix 106 CSB, installed in November 2021.
With its ability to handle a broad range of materials from 200-600g/m2 solid board to E flute corrugated, the Folder Gluer is a highly capable and desirable machine within the printed packaging industry.
It can run a wide range of carton styles, including straight-line, lock-bottom, 4 and 6 corner cartons as well as envelopes, document wallets and more, significantly broadening Incodia’s offering to new and existing clients.
“We have worked with Heidelberg UK for a number of years and this is the third time we’ve invested in one of their state-of-the-art machines. The Folder Gluer not only enables us to offer greater flexibility and production speeds for our clients, it also broadens our ability to offer bespoke packaging – a key focus for us going forward” says Allan Lock, Chief Executive Officer at Incodia.
