We’re proud to support Mental Health Foundation this Mental Health Awareness Week from 15 to 21 May. On Wear It Green Day (May 18th), we will dress in green and arrange a fundraiser for this important cause!
This year’s theme is anxiety, so here are some useful tips for managing feelings of anxiety:
1. Focus on your breathing

3. Keep a diary
4. Challenge your thoughts
5. Get support for money worries
6. Spend time in nature
7. Connect with people and talk about how you feel
8. Try to get some quality sleep or rest
9. Try to eat a healthy diet
